Dear Family and Friends,

Some weeks are normal. And other weeks are definitely not normal. Last week was definitely an adventure.

Playing soccer with investigators and members

So like I have mentioned in some of my past emails, my companion has been waiting for her visa so she can go to her real mission which is in Vera Cruz Mexico.  Last week we got a call from the mission secretaries that we needed to come to San Pedro on Wednesday so Hermana Martinez could apply for her visa.

On Tuesday we had a normal day. (Well normal for the mission.) We went to Progresso for a Zone Meeting and then we went home and started to go out to work as normal.  About 6 pm we got a call from the mission secretaries telling us to get our bags ready because they were coming to pick us up because we have to be at the consulate at 6 in the morning.

We ran home, packed our bags, and waited. They told us they would be there at 7:15 but they came about 8:30. They dropped us off at the sisters house at La Paz and we stayed the night.

The next morning we got up at 4 so we could drop a sister off at the airport who was returning home. Then we went to the consulate. Hermana Martinez waiting for her interview  until almost two o´clock. Then they told her she needed to come back the next day to pick up her visa.

So we went back to La Paz; worked with Hermana Rioja in her area; and returned back to San Pedro Sula the next day.  After all this running back and forth... my companion did receive her visa! Now I am living in the uncertainty of how long I will have my companion. If she leaves early I will probably be in another trio until transfers.

This week we have several investigators that  are progressing towards baptism. We also had 6 investigators in church! That is the most  I have had in church for a long time.

On Saturday we had interviews with President Klein. It was a great interview.

Well, I hope everyone is doing well. Mom and Dad it looks like you had a great trip.

Love,
Hermana Orgill
